Eric is committed to comfortable, safe, energy efficient homes and businesses. His technical background, knowledge of systems combined with proper design skills, ensures the HVAC systems function properly and that the end user receives maximum benefit from their investment.

He handles all the organizational needs of the department. Eric works directly with department heads, salespeople, and all of the technicians to maintain a high level of customer service. His responsibilities also include project sales in residential & light commercial construction and custom home markets. From time to time, he can be found handling complex heating, air conditioning and ventilation service issues.

Expertise

Eric has over thirty-nine years in the HVAC industry and began his career as an HVAC installation technician in 1984. He joined the Betlem Service team in 1990 and was promoted to Service manager in 1994. In 2004 he was named general manager of the residential division that services Monroe county and its surrounding counties. 

In 1991 he completed a four-year apprenticeship program with Associated Builders and Contractors. Eric has been involved in hundreds of industry certifications and training classes and continues to stay up to date with all the newest technologies and programs in the industry. His experience and training in residential, light commercial, and advanced technology HVAC combined with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction have assisted with his ongoing success at Betlem.

The Personal Side

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and their two grown daughters. He enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and watching professional baseball and football with his friends.
