Sean is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Betlem’s financial and administrative activities, including accounting, financial reporting, credit and collections, accounts payable, and internal controls.
He provides the senior management team with analysis and guidance to maintain proper financial discipline while strategizing about how to best serve the company’s marketplace.
Expertise
Sean has over 25 years of experience in accounting, operational finance, and strategic financial management. Prior to joining Betlem, he held financial positions with increasing levels of responsibility in the telecommunications and smart grid utility industries. These experiences have given him a unique skill set that allows him to manage different business types in a variety of markets.
Throughout Sean’s career, he has assisted budgeting efforts and developed forecasting plans to help ensure that his company’s profitability and growth targets were consistently achieved.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University at Buffalo.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing tennis, and cooking.
