Sarah is responsible for inputting, tracking, and managing all preventive maintenance and facility agreements for EMCOR Services Betlem. This includes New York State contracts, specialty refrigeration, controls, and building facility contracts. She also assists in overseeing and training the dispatch department.
Expertise
Starting out in our dispatch department, Sarah has been with Betlem for 14 years. As a dispatcher, she gained experience scheduling technicians, working with account managers on quotes and scheduling, and interacting with our customers. After five years in that role, she took over the contract administrator position, where her skills continue to grow.
The Personal Side
Sarah lives on about 150 acres of family property with her husband and one child. In the summertime, she enjoys going out on their boat and working around the farm.
