Account Manager
Mike manages a diverse customer portfolio which includes manufacturing facilities, educational institutions, medical facilities, and local, state, and federal government buildings. As account manager his responsibilities include sales, estimating, and project management.
He has assisted his government and municipal clients to utilize New York State Office of General Services contracts to control project costs. He also has familiarity with real time energy management (RTEM) and other available rebates and incentives from the various utilities throughout upstate New York, as well as many New York State Energy and Research Development Authority (NYSERDA) programs.
Mike attended Clarkson University where he received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, then continued his career with Johnson Controls, developing expertise with HVAC mechanical equipment, including chillers and air handlers. There he also learned about the intricacies of tying equipment together through building controls systems.
Mike has extensive experience as a service sales engineer for building controls systems and HVAC mechanical equipment. His expertise in technical sales brings customers unparalleled value in both prioritizing and solving their HVAC challenges. In addition, he has a depth of knowledge about boiler systems, hydronics, and mechanical systems.
In the near future Mike will be renewing his membership with the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
