Mike leads the lighting division through each stage of project development—conception, presentation, design and development, estimating, contract, installation, and finally, closeout.

Through value engineering, Mike has saved his customers over $4 million in utility costs, and by taking advantage of state and utility incentives his customers have received over $1 million in rebates.

By building and maintaining key customer relationships, Mike has advanced opportunities for major HVAC projects with key accounts. His dedication, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond has been integral to his success supporting our customers in replacing and retrofitting major equipment in their facilities.

Expertise

Before joining EMCOR Services Betlem, Mike spent three years working with utility rebate programs assessing and selling lighting projects to small businesses in the region. This honed his knowledge and skills in lighting technology and engineering. 

Mike received his bachelor’s degree from St. Bonaventure University with a concentration in Finance. He has leveraged his education to develop cash flow and investment opportunities through efficiency projects.

The Personal Side

Mike enjoys spending time with his twin boys. He is also an avid hiker, loves golf, and dabbles in men’s league hockey.
