Jeff joined EMCOR Services Betlem in 2003 as a service technician. After six years in the field, he accepted a position as service project manager. His responsibilities include sales, estimating, project management, and field operations. Jeff manages a diverse portfolio of clients that include, manufacturing facilities, educational institutions, medical buildings, and local state and federal government buildings.

Jeff’s experience as a field technician coupled with his customer relationships has made him successful in the growth of Rochester and Syracuse regions in Monroe county New York. Jeff also brings a depth of knowledge in available rebates and incentives of commercial HVAC systems from the various utilities throughout Upstate, NY as well as the many NYSERDA programs.

Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) Expertise

Jeff is a graduate of Monroe Community College, where he received a degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). He then continued his studies at the United Association’s five-year apprenticeship program, earning his Journeyman status. Jeff has fifteen years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Jeff is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). Through Jeff’s skills and expertise our clients have come to consider us as a partner in their organization. To each of his facilities projects, Jeff brings substantial project management and commercial heating and cooling services experience.
